Content Reviewers are the ones who evaluate a submission on its structure, value and essence. They help the writers in shaping their stories in a particular fashion. Our community categorises the Content Reviewers as English, Telugu, Hindi, and Non-Fiction reviewers. The Reviewer-in-Chief heads this team & together, they shape the content put out by the community & artists.

This specific position is about the Non-Fiction Reviewer, and the content to be scrutinised will be articles, essays & books based on architecture, history and politics. He/she/they are also responsible for helping the writer present the information in the best possible way while doing it so in the most artistic way in the current market conditions.

Details

1. Type: Part-time
2. Payment: ₹ 375/- to ₹ 5,000/- per project.
3. Hours: Arbitrary.
4. Break: January & July.
5. Contract: Annual.
6. Sick Leave: One month max.

Responsibilities

1. Evaluating second drafts.
2. Evaluating structure.
3. Assessing value, payoffs, arcs & POVs.
4. Requesting rewrites.

Qualifications

1. Must be a bachelor’s degree holder.
2. Preferably a student of literature.
3. Must have prior experience in evaluating submissions.
4. Must have prior experience in digital communities.
