Content Critics are the ones who evaluate a submission and help determine if it should be published or passed. Our community categorises the Content Critics based on English, Telugu, Hindi, Illustrators, & Photography submissions. This team is headed by the Content Manager & together, they shape the content put out by the community & artists.

This specific position is about the Telugu Critic, and the content to be scrutinised will be flash fiction, short stories, poems, novelettes, novellas & novels in telugu. He/she/they are also responsible for choosing the best submissions & deciding what helps artistically the most in the current market conditions.​

1. Type: Part-time
2. Payment: ₹ 75/- to ₹ 1,000/- per submission.
3. Hours: Arbitrary.
4. Break: January & July.
5. Contract: Annual.
6. Sick Leave: One month max.

​RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Listening to pitches.
2. Evaluating synopsis.
3. Evaluating drafts.
4. Requesting redrafts.

​QUALIFICATIONS

1. ​Must be a bachelor’s degree holder.
2. Preferably a student of literature.
3. Must have prior experience in evaluating submissions.
4. Must have prior experience in digital communities.
